Central storage with DocS
In DocS, the documents are available and are stored in the central document store. This means an extensive database that both stores and keeps documents, versions and production data in order. Version management offers the potential to create your own comments for each version of the document that is stored in DocS.
Version management and security
When storing, each version of the document is created automatically in DocS, and it is then possible to go back in the history to view or return to a previous version. Users of DocS can be assigned various roles with different authorisations when it comes to agreements and assignments. With joint storage, where everyone who has MepsBase can share projects and agreements, security is improved as backups are continually being made on the server.
Damage statistics
For clients and contractors who want detailed damage statistics, it is possible to call up basic data in DocS. It is also possible to call up comprehensive key figures directly, including on the basis of sector, type of area and performer.
