CAB Plan: Text message for leaving vehicle taken from the leave date

In the settings for text messages, is it now possible for the automatic message regarding leaving the vehicle to be based on the date the customer has received for leaving the vehicle that is set in the work order. If no date is set in the work order, the date for the first booked job will be used.

CAB Plan: Date for leaving the vehicle in the process flow

In the process flow, a new column is shown specifying the date and time for the customer to leave the vehicle at the workshop. The column can be sorted chronologically by clicking the column name.

CAB Plan: Automatic rebooking of courtesy vehicle

If a courtesy vehicle is booked in a repair work order, and you need to rebook the repair for some reason, the courtesy vehicle will automatically be rebooked if the courtesy vehicle is available at the new booked time. If the courtesy vehicle is already booked, a warning will appear by the courtesy vehicle date and also when the work order is saved.

CAB Plan: Possibility to add more text to rental car company

Now, when you send a booking request to a rental car company, you will have the potential to add up to 250 characters in the comment field.

CAB Plan: More roles can add absences for the whole organisation

Our customers have expressed a wish that individuals in the roles of planner and booker should also be able to add absences for the whole organisation. This could previously only be done by the administrator.

CAB Plan: Better filtering for resources in the process flow

In the process flow, it has previously only been possible to sort by one department or one resource at the time. You can now choose which departments or resources you would like to see. For example, you can use this function if you only are interested in work orders planned for certain resources in a department. Of course, it is also possible to create and save a favourite setting with this new filtering.

CAB Plan: Information about old existing damage in the damage tab

A new field has been added in the damage tab in the work order, where information about old existing damage can be added. If this information has been added when making a damage inspection booking through CAB’s Damage Inspection Portal, the information will automatically be added in this field.

CAB Plan: Handling of audits on finished repairs

Earlier this year, functionality for checklists was released with the potential for you to have control of the various activities in the repair. We have now also added the potential to handle audits of the complete repair. When doing this, we also moved the activation of checklists and the handling of templates to a separate tab in the settings.

Activate audits by marking the box in the settings. To create a template for audits, click on “+”. There will be several predefined bullets in the template shown, which can be edited, removed or new ones added.

You can create several templates for audits, but it will be the one that is marked as favourite that will be used when a work order has been selected for an audit. To select a work order for an audit, open the checklist belonging to the work order and tick the box for audit. When this has been done, the work order will gain a new icon used for checking the audit bullets.

When opening the audit list from the work order, you will also see the checklist for the work order in the window. This can be used as support to ensure that all bullets are approved. When the audit bullets have been checked, you should mark the audit as ready by ticking the “Finished” box. This will result in a green mark being added to the audit icon in the work order.

In order to find ongoing and already finished audits, a new report is available that can be found among the other reports in the “CAB Plan reports” menu. There, with the aid of a date interval, you can search for already completed audits or audits that are still ongoing. You can also open the audit list directly from the report if you wish.

CAB Plan: Clearer marking for the technician’s bullets in the checklist

If you have chosen to connect bullets in the checklist to the various jobs in the repair, it will now be clearer for the technician which bullets belong to the actual job when the checklist is opened.

CAB Plan: Icons for checklist, documents and photos moved to the work order head

The icons for documents, photos, checklist and audit have been moved to the work order heading so that they can always be easily accessed.

Damage Inspection Portal: More booking information in the booking confirmation copy

If you have chosen always to receive a copy of the booking confirmation, you will now receive considerably more information about the booking compared to before. Information from all the fields that can be filled in when making a damage inspection booking will be included in the copy of the booking confirmation.
