CSP: New login procedure for CABAS and CAB Plan

With this CSP release, a new, more secure login to CABAS and CAB Plan is being introduced, which we provided advance information about on 27 May.

You can find the information about the new login procedure here:

New login procedure CABAS/CAB Plan

CAB Plan: Show planning from the process flow

When you double-click on a job in the process flow, the relevant day and department will be shown in the planning view.

CAB Plan: Different checklists depending on type of repair

In settings, under the checklists tab, you can create several checklists that can be adjusted depending on the type of repair they will be used for. The checklists can be created from a blank template or from the templates available. Another new feature is that questions with answering options can be added to the checklist. The checklists created can be connected to the booking schedules that are used. If no connections are made, the default checklist will be used in the different booking schedules.

CAB Plan: Connect checkpoints in the checklist to jobs

If you have connected a checklist to a booking schedule, you can indicate which checkpoints in the checklist belong to which job. It is also possible to connect checkpoints belonging to jobs carried out by an external workshop. The external workshop will then be able to sign these.

CAB Plan: Mandatory signing of checkpoints in the checklist

In the organisation settings, you can select whether the checklist will be opened for the technician when a job is marked as finished. You can also stipulate that a job cannot be started if checkpoints belonging to a previous job have not been signed.

CAB Plan: Indication that all checkpoints in the checklist are signed

When all checkpoints in a checklist are signed, a green check mark will be shown on the checklist symbol.

CAB Plan: Mark damage in the work order at inspection and when handing in for repair

The potential to mark the position of the damage on a picture in the work order has been added. There are two separate pictures for marking, one for damage discovered during the inspection and one for additional damage noted when the car is handed in for repair.

CAB Plan: Damage inspection agreement without choice of brand

From this release, you will not choose which brands you would like to have bookings for when sending an agreement to an external booker. Instead, the external booker decides which brands are valid. When the agreement is approved by the external booker, the valid brands will be shown when opening the agreement.

Damage Inspection Portal

Damage Inspection Portal: New fields when booking damage inspection

Four new fields have been added that can be used when booking a damage inspection. These are Handler, Insurance company, Rental car information and Information about previous damage. All these fields are free text.

Damage Inspection Portal: Claim number added in the damage inspection report

The claim number is added in the report of booked damage inspections, which is found on the administration page.

Damage Inspection Portal: Choice of brand, age and branded workshop for booking

From this release, the choice of bookable brands will be decided by the damage inspection portal administrator. When an agreement is received from a workshop, you choose the valid brands. For each brand, it is now possible to choose a specific age range. For example, you can choose that a workshop will only be shown in the workshop list if the vehicle is more than 3 years old. You can also add a check mark to indicate that the workshop is a branded workshop for this brand. This will be shown as a small, filled, grey circle beside the workshop name in the list of workshops at the time of booking. Of course, it is possible to edit existing agreements with these new parameters.

Damage Inspection Portal: Age of vehicle needs to be added when searching for workshops

Since the age of the vehicle is a new parameter when searching for workshops in the damage inspection portal, you will be required to add the age along with brand in case automatic collection of vehicle data from the national vehicle registry is not activated.
