  • CAB Plan: Large jobs
  • CAB Plan: Date order control of statuses
  • KPI Portal: New KPIs

CAB Plan: Large jobs

You can now choose to add a value for what you regard as a large job and then see how many are booked in each department. This can be of help when booking and planning new repairs.

In Settings in Work Areas, you set how large a job must be as a minimum. You do this for all departments where you would like to see this information.

In the Booking tab, it will then be possible to see how many large jobs are booked each day. A summary for the whole week is also available. If you don’t consider there is any benefit in seeing how many large jobs are booked, you can enter a small value in the settings, for example 0.1 h, and then see how many jobs are booked in total.

CAB Plan: Date order control of statuses

On a work order there are several statuses that are set at different times during the repair process. These statuses are also used as rules regarding which information should be included in reports and KPIs. For example, if the work order is delivered to the customer before it is received, this work order will not be included when showing lead times.

To notify the user in the event the statuses have been marked in the wrong order, this will be shown on the dates in the work order. You can then click on the date and add a correct value for the date and time.

KPI Portal: New KPIs

We have added 3 new KPIs that been requested by our users.

  • Touch time repair
This KPI shows the average number of hours per day you have worked on the repair in question. There is already a KPI showing the same value, but this relates to the whole period the vehicle has been at the workshop.

  • Registered to delivery lead time
There are already several KPIs showing lead times. This one will show the lead time for the whole period that the work order has been active in CAB Plan.

  • Repaired right first time
This KPI will show the percentage of all repairs where none of the included jobs have been stopped for any reason.

KPI Portal: Create favourites

It is now possible to indicate which KPIs you would like to keep an extra eye on. If you mark these as favourites, they will be shown at the top of the KPI page.

KPI Portal: Export values and graphs

We have added the potential to export the values you see in the KPI’s detailed view. It is also possible to export the graph that is shown.
