Process Analyses
Process analysis is the implementation of observations of as-is processes in relation to optimisation potential and time saving in the overall procedure process, presentation of the result in relation to the quantification of the expenditure, the observation of ‘soft´ and ‘hard´ factors, the evaluation of the functionality of the as-is process, and the definition of the target state in regards to the solidity of success and improvement upon this success. The results can be given reference values (e.g. from a whole study) in order to be compared. The interpretation takes place under the aspect of the listings of the observation points with reference to the overall impression and the ‘time thieves´. With extrapolation, recommendations for the removal of process blockades are shown.
FMEA/DFS
The building of the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design for Service (DFS), et cetera by means of securing digital data for the determination of first collision identifications. With this, the goal is to keep the repair times minimal and thereby reduce warranty and fair dealing costs. The result is an overall solution for the refinement of vehicle construction and the adaption of special tools. In addition, we try to optimise accessibly in the repair process.
